Just wanted to inform you. The sun room company fixed the bad leak where much water was pouring in every time it rained I paid to fix sheet rock and paint. They also agreed to raise the windows that were put in below the sill. Basically water drains into house instead of sheading away from house as should be. A bead of caulk between puddles and house and when raining caulk is under water. were supposed to come back in December and raise windows and never did. water puddles when raining. Owner was out and promises to fix. Manager was also out and promised to fix. No call, No Show for second part of fixing my sun room as should be. consumers need to know how they are

It pains me to even give them a 'one' star. Patio Enclosures was quick to sell us on a sun room, but here we are months later, and they still aren't here. Terrible communication, empty promises. Worst customer service I've ever seen. I have had to email and call and they keep promising and not delivering. Save yourself a lot of headache and find someone else to build your addition/room.

During construction of our home we contacted Patio Enclosures for a sunroom. From the first contact to installation we were treated as if we were the only client. The room is everything we expected and the only room our grandchildren will sleep in. After 5 years we decided to add blinds and once again we're pleased with everything from measuring to installation. We love that room.
