Glenn Hall, Taylor and his crew have been excellent. Glenn has been extremely professional and patient with us on explaining the details, inspection of the old roof and provided guidance on the new replacement. Taylor and his crew were prompt and professional on the day of the roof work. The men worked very diligently and completed the scope of work on time. Everyone on site were very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend REI for any roof work and will definitely work with them again if/when I need siding replaced. Thank you REI.
