Palanisami & Associates (PAI) is an Equal Opportunity employer, founded in 1986 to provide structural engineering and parking ramp design services for institutional, commercial and industrial buildings. PAI specializes in restoration, and the design of concrete structures which include cast-in-place, precast and post-tension. New structures of all sizes and uses are designed by Palanisami staff as prime consultants and as sub-consultants. We often work as design team members together with local architects and design-build construction teams.
