Best looking fence in our entire neighborhood, quality materials and outstanding, exacting workmanship. Have had NW Modern Decks & Fence do two projects for us and are very pleased. The fence and gate design they proposed was far superior to prior fence and gate, satisfied they will last.

Ok, with that done, let's talk about the experience.
I put out a request for bids to multiple bidders. Lucian was not only the first to respond, but he was the only one who committed to a time to be out and evaluating the site in person. He was right on time, he physically distanced to ensure no stress of COVID, and provided excellent guidance while actively listening to my wants for the fence. Lucian was exceptionally responsive to my questions in person and in email; he provided a timely and well-detailed quote.
Two weeks prior, Lucian contacted me to see if I wanted to move up the date; since I'm not going anywhere, absolutely! He showed up - again, right on time with his staff. They started and worked well into the early evening, past what I would've expected on both days. My fence was completed in two days - not only was the fence EXACTLY what I wanted/what was advertised, but the area? Cleaner than it was when the crew started.
Lucian is exactly the kind of business owner I want to go out of my way to support. And his crew? Top notch, worked non-stop, and the end result is that my house looks infinitely better with this quality fencing than it could have otherwise.

Great experience from the beginning of getting a quote to the clean up after completion. Lucian and his team were very organized, professional, and on time for everything. Pricing was very reasonable and was the highest quality material from all the quotes I received. My neighbor and I split the cost of the fence and NW Modern made that part very easy by sending each of us our own proposal and taking payments separately. Overall really happy to have worked with them and will use them for anything in the future!

We are very happy with our new fence. They were accommodating to our schedule. The quality of materials and craftsmanship was exceptional. Rain nor shine, they kept going to get the job done in a timely manner.
