MDW replaced 2 sliding doors for me, a huge one in our family room and a standard size one in our main bedroom. Price was right and installation was quick and professional. They protected the home from the demo debris and cleaned up everything. The only thing I had to do was get the trim painted. It looks great.
They jumped through hoops for me to be able to get a permit in my city. I also hired them to fix a window in our bathroom too, but that part is on order. I have high confidence in this business and highly recommend them. Agustin and Isaias were great to work with.

We needed to replace a number of original louvre windows and sliding doors in our 1965 post and beam house which, being achitect-designed, required some special sizes for both. The handsome windows that Agustin ordered for us are double-pane and double-hung which makes them more secure, and, as with the sliding doors, better for insulation in our previously drafty home. Agustin was easy to work with, took perfect measurements and gave us great advice. He did warn us that the windows took a few months to make, but they arrived a little early which was nice. His team of installers were terrific. (One bit of advice, though: if you have alarm screens, let the installers know to save them! We didn’t do this and lost ours….) Overall, we couldn’t be more pleased with the products and the service!

A window replacement project can be overwhelming. We needed to replace 4 large windows, Kitchen, and Sliding Patio door. Our first stop was with Anderson Windows who provided us with an in-home design consultation. However, it wasn't until we went to Mancino Door & Windows Showroom and met with Rob Fahl and that's when we knew we were in the right place.
We loved the experience, and it was a great opportunity to take advantage of Rob's expertise because he wasn't selling, he was letting us buy, by helping us understand our options based on our project and wow did we learn a lot. Pricing was upfront & transparent. After the consultation we sat down with Rob to review our window choices. Not only did we buy the product, but we also bought the experience & service.
The installation team were great, professional craftsmen and friendly. They knew what they were doing, and it was obvious they enjoyed working together. By the time they left, it was as if they were never there . . . . except for the fit and finish of beautiful quality new windows.

We replaced 30+ windows for our house with Mancino Door & Window recently. Mancino Door & Window has been the best experience with our home remodel projects. Agustin, the sales rep, came out to measure and forwarded the quote to us within the day. He was really easy to work with, realistic about giving us the timeframe of when the windows could be installed and responsive to our questions. The installation crew are experienced in what they do and conscientious about cleaning up after themselves. They took 2 days to finish the job. There were no issues during demolition or installation.

In a nutshell, they exceeded my expectations. I needed a front door for my daughters house and really didn't know too much about how to go about it. I saw one of their trucks and checked their reviews which were awesome. So I gave them a call and was put in touch with Joni. She immediately looked up the house on Google maps and gave me some suggestions. Eventually we settled on a wooden door and it was ordered and installed in the timeframe that was promised. I am delighted with the results!
