We were misled about the windshield that was installed and have been given a run around to get it fixed, after the owner personally admitted fault and stated that we would have it taken care of. Weeks later and the professionalism is gone and we have not gotten any response since informing the owner we would not be giving him an additional $800 and we were not blind to the fact that we were taken advantage of.
