Got our new windows last week and LOVE them. After looking at other windows we were extremely impressed with the craftsmanship of these windows. Our installers, Jim and Butler, were prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about our windows and worked diligently to finish a very big job. We had every window in our house replaced. Our favorite is our new kitchen garden window. I'd recommend Apex windows for their superior quality and aesthetic appeal.
We had our windows installed 8/ 27 and they turned out fantastic. We love the front windows which are so nice and open allowing a great view of outside and nice light indoors. We opted for the rain glass window in our bathroom and replacing our terrible basement windows these beautiful windows! Our crew was great! They took awesome care of our home cleaned up everything. Also they were really friendly, chatting with us, petting the dogs and still working quickly and professionally. Though the whole process our questions were answered. If you need windows I would certainly recommend Apex. They made everything easy. Plus the windows look fantastic!
This review is based on approximately 10 years of service. Mechanically and structurally these are fine windows. They should be they are quite expensive. Great sound and heat loss reduction. The outside aluminum wrap doesn't hold up well and closeup is butt ugly. The wrap stains easily and will not wash off well. Hail dents them easily and there are areas where paint comes off. Our salesman failed to adequately inform us how much window view is lost when you replace the windows. We ended up with many plain windows because they could not replicate smaller panes. When matching inside dark wood the look is marginal. So bottom line great construction, lots of window view loss, overly expensive and very average esthetically. Although they do function well.
