Purchased a coupon off a groupon in January for an outside cleaning. Spoke with Matt multiple times and explain to him that we had a flood in our kitchen after a pipe had burst and I was unable to have the outside cleaned due to I had no outside spicket. Mind you I had to call repeatedly to see when they might make it up to Kokomo to do the outside cleaning. I also called after I bought the coupon from groupon to make sure that they were OK with doing the Kokomo area and they were definitely on board. After speaking with him to day he has informed me that they are no longer doing power washing and that they were not going to honor my coupon and I needed to call groupon to get my money back even though the coupon has now expired. I would not recommend this company to anyone they do not follow up I had no idea when the appointment was gonna be in the final conversation he was extremely rude.
They just left my house after power washing my buttercream yellow (show EVERYTHING) siding and it looks amazing! I couldn't be happier with the results and will be hiring them every time I need a great job done!
