Building is in Shelley Reynolds' blood. While growing up, it would not be unusual to find Shelley working for her father, a Michigan builder, on a project. Whether it was framing or roofing a house, there was plenty of on the job training. She never knew this experience would establish the foundation for her own business. As a customer, Shelley enjoyed the custom home building process, although many of her friends complained about their own experiences. The builder did not "hear them" and spoke in terms not easily understood.
We believe a bathroom should be a place to relax and shut the world out. The bathroom might be the only room in the house where you safely can lock yourself inside for a half-hour to escape the stress of the day, and potentially the hubbub that's happening right outside that door (ahem, parents of small children).
