Our inventory includes over 60,000 board feet of sustainably sourced hardwoods from Colorado's urban forests, featuring species like walnut, Siberian elm, and beetle kill pine. We offer both roughsawn and surfaced lumber in thicknesses ranging from 5/4 to 12/4, with most stock air-dried to below 10% moisture content. For those seeking finished products, our custom furniture division creates tables, benches, and specialty items from locally sourced wood.

Our team prioritizes efficient processing, with logs ideally cut above crotches and painted within 24 hours for optimal preservation. We maintain transparent pricing structures based on board footage, with additional fees for metal removal in logs. Our facility operates on a seasonal schedule, with regular hours Thursday through Saturday.
