Rick Gandee, owner and operator of Rick's Stump Grinding, opened his business March 15th, 1998. A honest, hard working and dedicated entrepreneur, he understood very early on that if he was going to be successful in the stump removal business, it was going to be the quality of his work that made the difference. Listening to the needs of his customers, he began offering clean up services the following year. Rick has never found a piece of equipment that he didn't like or couldn't operate well. With a machinist background, a pilot license, and 29 years in the trucking industry, his love of people and the outdoors made stump grinding and removal a perfect fit.
