Worst! We were scheduled for them to come take down one tree. Day of they sent the crew to the wrong house. no problem. Come over after that house is done. Seeing as I'm losing money by not working today it's important to have the job done on the day it was SCHEDULED. The owner Destin, who I spoke to on the phone was snippy and rude and once I explained to him that I will now be losing money on the next day they come. He decided to cancel on me! Not even an apology. Like I said. the worst!
