In 1981, Rebecca Brown started a small business that became a respected cleaning service in Whittier, CA. When she returned to the Jonesboro, AR area in 2004, people encouraged her to start a local cleaning service. In six months, it was established and thriving. NEA Pro Clean LLC was officially opened on January 1, 2015, under the new ownership of Shannon Hovis. There was a new name, a new owner, but the same goal: a commitment to professional, prompt, honest, and courteous customer service.
