Services
Pressure Washing
Our pressure washing services utilize advanced equipment to remove grime, mold, and stains from residential and commercial exteriors. We employ safe pressure techniques that protect surfaces while delivering pristine results. With over 35 years of combined experience, our team ensures thorough cleaning of houses, driveways, sidewalks, and other outdoor surfaces.
Concrete Coating
Tharpe Coatings specializes in concrete floor coatings for garages, patios, and commercial spaces. Our multi-step process includes surface grinding, polyurea basecoat application, vinyl chip texture, and polyspartic topcoat protection. This system creates durable, attractive finishes that resist wear and enhance property value.
Roof Soft Washing
We clean roofs using a soft washing method that preserves shingle integrity. Our process applies specialized chemicals followed by low-pressure rinsing while protecting surrounding vegetation. This technique effectively removes algae, moss, and debris without damaging roofing materials.
Window Cleaning
Our window cleaning service combines handwashing techniques with a RODI water-fed pole system for streak-free results. We clean both residential and commercial windows up to 60 feet high, ensuring clear visibility and enhanced property appearance through professional-grade equipment and methods.
Gutter Cleaning
We remove debris from gutters and downspouts using blowers and brushes to maintain proper drainage. Our service prevents water damage by ensuring unobstructed flow, covering both residential and commercial properties with attention to safety and thoroughness in every cleaning project.
