Services
Roof Repair
We provide comprehensive roof repair services for shingle, cedar, slate, and tile pitched roofs, as well as mod-bit, SBS, and EPDM flat roofs. Our team addresses leaks, storm damage, and wear to restore structural integrity. By using manufacturer-certified materials and techniques, we ensure long-lasting protection against weather elements while maintaining roof warranties.
Full Roof Replacement
Our full roof replacement service includes removing old materials and installing new systems tailored to property needs. We specialize in durable asphalt shingles, cedar shakes, and commercial-grade flat roof membranes. Proper ventilation and insulation integration during installation improves energy efficiency while meeting local building codes for safety and compliance.
Energy Efficiency
We identify and address energy loss through roof and attic inspections. Services include adding insulation, sealing air leaks, and installing ventilation systems to reduce utility costs. Our Owens Corning-certified technicians recommend solutions that improve indoor comfort while lowering environmental impact through reduced energy consumption.
Siding Repair
Our siding repair and replacement services address damaged or worn exterior cladding. We work with vinyl, wood, and fiber cement materials to restore curb appeal and weather resistance. Proper installation prevents moisture intrusion that could damage underlying structure while enhancing property aesthetics and market value.
Attic Insulation
We install and upgrade attic insulation to optimal R-values based on Delaware climate requirements. Using materials like fiberglass batts and blown-in cellulose, we improve thermal performance and reduce HVAC strain. Proper insulation also prevents ice dam formation in winter and maintains consistent indoor temperatures year-round.
