We have high standards when it comes to Service Pros. Cleaners must pass a background check and demonstrate thorough knowledge and skill in house cleaning. Cleaners must also maintain a high customer satisfaction rate. If you are not happy with your cleaning, contact us within 48 hours and we can send a different cleaner out at no additional charge. If you are still not happy we will refund up to your entire service cost. We want our customers to be happy! If you are not happy for any reason, please notify us within 48 hours of your cleaning appointment.

Often services are flexible and can allow for additional duties to be added. Commercial cleaning plans can vary in frequency from daily to weekly or monthly cleaning.

A move in/out cleaning checklist includes the standard and deep cleaning checklist items, plus additional checklist items to prepare your home for moving in/out. If needed, we recommend selecting inside fridge, inside oven, and inside cabinets and drawers for most move out cleanings in the "Add-ons" section below. A post construction cleaning is for new construction homes or homes that have had recent remodeling.
