Commercial clients receive detailed documentation with before-and-after photos for quality assurance.
Gutter Cleaning
We remove debris from gutters and downspouts using industrial-grade equipment, ensuring proper water flow and preventing structural damage. Our technicians document completed work with photographic evidence and offer gutter guard installation for long-term protection. Emergency snow removal services help prevent ice dam formation during Minnesota winters.
Pressure Washing
Our pressure washing services restore exterior surfaces using calibrated equipment that removes buildup without damaging materials. We specialize in concrete, brick, and siding cleaning for both residential and commercial properties. The process improves property aesthetics while extending the lifespan of building exteriors through regular maintenance programs.
Holiday Lighting
Professional installation and removal of holiday lighting displays for residential and commercial properties. Our team designs customized lightscapes that enhance curb appeal while ensuring electrical safety. We use energy-efficient LED bulbs and durable mounting systems that protect building exteriors during seasonal installations.

We employ softwashing techniques to safely remove algae, moss, and debris from asphalt shingle roofs. Our cleaning solutions meet manufacturer requirements for warranty compliance while improving roof longevity. Report
The Clean and Clear team arrived on time to clean my gutters. They were very courteous and friendly and not only got the job done fast, but left no evidence they were there - cleaning up all debris. I most definitely recommend Clean and Clear and will use them again for gutter cleaning and other services.
