Pristine Inc. was founded by two partners in October of 2014. Michael Childress and Jeremy McDonaugh decided to combine their industry knowledge with their past business experience to create the greatest cleaning company around. Pristine Inc. has thrived since its inception and is continuing to grow rapidly today. You can extend the life of your roof with routine washes to remove algae, mildew and lichens, which destroy the integrity of the shingles. We safely access your roof with ladders and gently wash each shingle with a thorough process. Black streaks and dark spots will be removed. In the event we identify any issues or concerns about your roof we will report them to you immediately. Our technician inspects the roof to determine if it is a candidate for cleaning, to identify types of growth on roof, and surfaces needing treatment.

Through the seasons, dust, pollen, algae and mildew tend to collect on the sides of houses, creating a dingy, yellow, and sometimes greenish-black look. We use the appropriate nozzle heads that define the correct pressure and strength for spray for the siding type. Our chemical mixes are made carefully so no surface damage occurs.
