Gloria Welch and her husband John operated the company in its beginnings from a garage until 1985 when the company moved to its current 30 acre site. Gloria and John have four children: Elizabeth, Joshua, David and Nathanael. All the children grew up with the company and two are working with the firm today and for the future. The company today comprises over 50 employees and more as we grow with our clients. Our services have grown from our humble beginnings of mowing to all commercial grounds services and irrigation.
