Godby has helped us out with two HVAC issues in the last few months. Customer service got us scheduled quickly both times. Kenny was great to work with and able to fix our issues quickly both times, including a furnace leak and today when our furnace stopped working. We had heat back in under 24 hours from the time we called.

I had a brand new heating and air system installed by Godby in October of this year. My old a/c unit finally quit (from 1983) and my furnace was dated from 1993 and I didn't think it was worth salvaging. I took bids from 3 local companies and chose Godby for pricing and the quality Trane system (nothing stops a Trane). The experience was good all around from my sales professional (Duwayne), to office staff and installation technicians. My a/c unit is situated on the flat roof of my home and they had to use a crane to remove the old unit and install the new one. Everything went well and I'm sleeping well knowing that I have a new, reliable system keeping my home at the proper temperature. I am happy to recommend the professionals at Godby for HVAC service and installation.

Kenny has helped us out on more than one occasion and he’s our go-to guy! He’s very courteous, professional, and thorough. We have some older units in our home and I think a less seasoned person would just tell us to buy all new stuff, but he’s really helped us extend the life of our furnace and A/C. Godby is great!
