Called them due to a leak in our in ground pool since the previous owners used them to install it. Initially the owner(Carolyn) was very nice and thorough explaining the steps they will take to fix it. However, once work began, the workers demanded that we pay in cash and never once was a contract spoken about. I asked Carolyn specifically how long the entire process would take and she told me a few days. However the workers came whenever they felt like it over the course of 2 weeks without any notice. They Were extremely rude each time and made a complete mess of my property. Such as mixing cement in my grass(Which was ruined), laying uneven cement with their own footprints it in, and forgot to install some of the basic edging they dug up. When I called to complain, I was given the run around by Carolyn despite me sending pictures of the unacceptable work. She promised me she would send her crew back to fix, however the company started screening my calls and never returned to finish the project. I am writing this to the next person who thinks about using these company, AVOID.

Richie just opened our pool and he is fabulous. His work is awesome and he is so patient and accommodating. He closed and opened our pool and never once laughed at all our questions. Thanks Richie!

Carolyn Pools and Patio is the best Company to deal with if you are looking for appearance and long lasting quality. I have had my pool for more than 20 years and have had not one problem with the pool safety, construction or filtration. If I ever have a question Carolyn is there with honest and integrity to solve my issue. I researched quite a few contractors and Carolyn was the best for all aspects. I have many compliments on my pool and I am without hesitation to recommend Carolyn and her staff.

This company came highly recommended by several people and after having our pool installed I now see why...The entire team has been nothing but professional. Carolyn is a gem to deal with. From the moment we signed the contract she has been right on top of everything.
