Florida Rooms
Four-season glass rooms that extend living space. Constructed with 3" foam-insulated roofs (R12 value), PGT glass windows, and stainless steel hardware. These rooms include electrical packages with outlets and lighting, and can be built as standalone additions or conversions of existing patios.
Aluminum Roof Enclosures
Durable aluminum roof systems with textured kickplates and extruded gutters. Features include 4' wide insulated panels, fan beams, and Phifer Fibermesh screens. Designed for easy maintenance with corrosion-resistant components and structural support beams rated for Florida weather conditions.
