Brian in service is fantastic for the whopping 2 times we've needed him to come out -- fixes the problem quickly and efficiently + answers any questions. Gents in the shop itself are also great for questions on new products and the best chemicals to keep us hot tubbin' to the max. Display showroom is great if you're in the market for a new hot tub or chemicals for your existing one. Highly recommend!
The Hot Tub Store in Folsom is the best. What an incredibly helpful staff, from sales to delivery. They have a great selection of tubs new and refurbished. They were so helpful in getting Jillian in the perfect tub for her special needs. She uses it almost every day. This tub is going to last her for 20+ years.
