This is a must read about being responsible in the ways that count. If i could give 0 i would, however the product is sticking great over parts of my truck. I worked a job over 2months ago as a different contractor. My truck was parked 15ft from the mixer and pump used to combine and pump white concrete to skim a pool. However a pump line burst and cover the garage, driveway, and put on a layer 1/4 plus thick of white concrete all over my nice dodge truck.

I was notified 25min after the fact nicely to run my truck to a coin op and pressure it off. Now unpaid with white concrete now smeared everywhere from their removal attempt, i used 10dollars to scrub n spray my best. After getting back to the job 1.5 hrs later i met the contractor at my truck to access the situation and offer payment. He was very nice and i reciprocate knowing things break. He offered a machine wash over at the auto place on 1st and said bring reciept next day.

I worked another job the next day so i called mastercraft. I got the runaround 4 times about billing comes much later, the red tape excuse, im sorry. However after 5 calls given my address, phone, and receipt, i was totally ignored. I have never got the concrete off. It btwn my cab n truck, under my hood, in my wheels and spots in cracks along the panel and my wipers and gaskets are peppered. I asked for 16 dollars not wages, not full detail, not the waxing i needed do to wiping concrete off with rags dulling my finish.

I easily have 200 in time and detailing for something that this company did to me. I asked and calm thinking their apologies would at least cover money spent to partly all this concrete. I get so upset everytime i look at my truck and see chunks of concrete i seem to polish off the body, seams, gaskets ect. 5 times i called with messages and got the sure but it will take a while. Over 3 months now i believe and they cared less about being responsible. 16 dollars would have been a good im sorry, glad i didnt get a detail or i would be out much more.

Our company will fix anything we damage or break. This companys sorry became who cares and i would never recommend them due to their disregard fixing simple accidents. What if it was your pool, yard, garage, or cars. Taking care of responsibility was ignored 5 times for 16 dollars and my truck still has concrete spots everywhere. Im still shocked because my truck is 4months new to me and a part of their accident. Worst corporate policy with accidents and PR i have ever encountered.

You should have paid a company ahead to detail it not have me do my best off the clock with my own money and later ignore me. Worst contractor yet to come across for someone who puts satifaction as #1.
