We just had our Bullfrog RL7 delivered and couldn't be happier. The sales staff knew their product well and were very helpful with customizing our spa to our specific needs. They updated us when the spa was in production and were able to schedule delivery to work with my busy schedule. The delivery crew was professional and courteous. They had thorough knowledge of the workings of the spa and did a great job of explaining the operation and maintenance of our new spa. I am very pleased with every aspect of my experience with Pool to Spa Services and would highly recommend them to anybody considering purchasing a spa.

Pool to Spa is awesome! Their employees are professional and customer oriented. From testing our pool water, selling us the appropriate chemicals to maintain our pool, and we just recently we had them do some service work on our pool. The technitions were timely and knew exactly what they were doing. Extreamly professional and knowledgeable. We could not be happier with all the services Pool to Spa has provided us. You guys and gals "ROCK"!!!

They are the best - and have been with us from finished pool and remain the first team to contact with any issues today. Super smart about the maintenance needs and upkeep. We have a 1x per month pool maintenance contract during the summer and are always quick to respond if we bump into a chemical fix. Owner Rick Spect and his son Jacob, are absolutely darling - and Jacob’s dog, Elsa, has me coming down to pick up things rather than order it for next visit.

We highly recommend them! They were able to diagnose the problem with our hot tub right away. The parts were ordered and installed within the week and we didn’t even have to be there. We had an early Christmas with the grandchildren coming up and the hot tub was ready in time for their arrival. It’s the highlight of their visit after a freezing day in the snow! The techs were super knowledgeable, nice, and fast!. The bill didn’t cause any heart burn, either. We will us Pool to Spa Services in the future and will recommend them to all we know.

The girls in the office are very knowledgeable with all the products that they offer from spas to chemicals. I would not go anywhere else for my spa needs!
