I wanted to let you know that I did what was suggested and that was to clean out the area around the fan that connects to the hopper to see if that helped with the pressure. I can't even begin to thank you for that suggestion! It was the solution to our problem. I truly appreciate the fact that you didn't try to push products on me in order to "fix" the problem. In fact you suggested that I wait on changing the sand in the filter and hold off on buying the sand cleaner. You truly do not find this sort of genuine honesty anymore.
