We had two Spa motors that needed to have the impellers replaced. They took them back to their shop and then came back with the wrong part installed. They completely owned the mistake and did not charge us any extra time for their time to make it right but in the end they made it right and I appreciate their willingness to accommodate.

My wife and I recently bought a used hot tub from one of my co-workers. We were told it had a small slow leak. When we finally got it moved and filled we learned that the leak was bigger then we thought. after calling Multiple companies, and being ignored, or blown off via email and telephone we finally went into the Springville store. We spoke to Carlos, who showed us what was available if we want to upgrade, and also discussed repair options with us.
This Company is wonderful to deal with, Fast on email and phone call responses. We are leaning towards buying a new hot tub. We will definitely be dealing with Take A Break in lieu of any other company. I want to thank all the guys in Springville store this past Friday. You guys are Wonderful!

Owen down in Springville is probably one of the busiest guys I know these guys are Awesome if you need parts advice or anything else regarding hot tub the guys in Springville are great or Brady and his coworkers in American Fork are the Best. Thanks guys for all your help with my 14 year old tub it's working GREAT!
