I'm really disappointed. I feel like I was taken advantage of. I loved the owner when she came to give the price quote. I showed her the whole house and she gave me a number. No hourly price. Just one number. There was no mention of paying extra if it took longer than expected or anything. She specifically said she wasn't even going to price me for a deep clean bc the house didn't need it. The first day, the girls were late. No big deal. They asked if it was downstairs only. I told them whole house. Then they left a note saying they went over the allowed time and had done some deep cleaning so I needed to pay extra. Then two weeks later they came again (today). They were here from 10:02-10:58. They left a note saying they could only do the downstairs in the 2 hour time that I bought. Now my baby's room was not vacuumed. The bathroom counter, tub and sink were not cleaned. Laundry room counter not cleaned, I don't think the tile was mopped (although I'm not 100% on that.) so if this is the way the pricing works, that's fine, but I should have been told ahead of time. Also I was clear about wanting the whole house cleaned. That's why I requested a quote for the whole house. I'm just really really disappointed. I loved the owner, but the pricing and actual cleaning needs a lot of improvement.
