What is your return policy?
Returns require a receipt, must be unused/clean, and are subject to 15% restocking fee. Special orders and pavers are non-returnable.
How do special orders work?
50% deposit required to place order, balance due upon arrival. Lead times vary by product.
Who handles delivery damage claims?
We account for 5% breakage during transport. Notify us immediately for damage exceeding this allowance.
