This morning, my Son was having problems with his antivirus protection program. Upon calling another computer shop and finding them less then helpful, I gave computer corner a call. The tech who answered was very helpful, and invited us to bring in the computer. When we got there, we met Chris, who was very kind and helpful. Our issue wasn't an emergency but we were treated with kindness and professionalism. We will be going back! Stellar customer service is not easy to find in this day and time. It appears the computer corner is great at it. Keep up the good job!
My computer had so much wrong with it that it was ruining my life. I could not send or receive email; the printer wouldn't work; in fact, nothing worked. Unfortunately, I went to another computer place before I asked Computer Corner for help. The other place made everything even worse. Finally, Chris from Computer Corner came. He fixed everything so fast, I was shocked! Simply put, my antivirus program prevented me from getting email. Chris solved ALL the problems! I dreaded the bill! But I needn't have feared it: It was very reasonable! I cannot begin to tell everyone how competently and professionally I was treated. In addition to all that Chris did, I have to commend him also for not making me feel.stupid! He was so kind! Computer Corner is the very best. They were absolutely great!
