The new owners have been in the landscaping business since 1984 and strive to carry quality products at affordable prices. We will be happy to help you choose the right products for whatever project you're working on! The business was founded in 1956 as Fairlawn Peat Humus Supply. A rich vein of Peat, similar to Michigan Peat was discovered & mined on White Pond Dr, in West Akron. At that time Peat was primarily used to mulch beds, as well as for plant propagation used by the many growers in Northeast Ohio that we supplied.
