I hired them to clean my 1100 sf home. Granted, I selected the wrong "type" of cleaning from their website choices (1 person, 2-3 hours). However, when I spoke with the owner AND the cleaning person, I told them my number 1 concerns, above all else, were floors and dust (due to my elderly mom who lives in this home having asthma), since our pets and location causes a lot of dust, fur and dander in our home. I told them I didn't care if nothing else was cleaned, as long as floors, dust on furniture & ceiling fans were done. And if there was time left over, the 2 bathrooms.

The person assigned supposedly wiped furniture with a dry rag, and used an upright vacuum on floors (there was a ton of dust and fur under beds, corners of rooms and under sofas--all raised, so a broom easily fits under them). Nothing under beds, night stands or couches was swept or cleaned! There were fur balls all over the floors of each room, and dust left on bedroom furniture! It didn't look or smell clean anywhere! When I pointed out the fur & dust, she simply said that "they don't move furniture". Sliding a broom under a bed & couches that are raised does not require "moving furniture".

I took lots of pictures after she left and sent them to the owner (dust, fur, dirty sinks) and he offered a discount for the next time, which is the only reason for 2 stars, instead of 1. Except there won't be a next time, because she was THAT bad, and basically didn't clean anything well, that I had asked for. I do not recommend this company if you want floors cleaned thoroughly well and/or dusting.

Could not be happier- the cleaning crew were friendly, efficient, and did a wonderful job! I appreciated that they walked me through the home before and after the cleaning. Highly recommend!

Before Covid, we had tried a couple of other services. However, Charming Casa is, in our experience, the best for the following reasons.

- Price, the rate is quite affordable, and they offer several options
- Easy scheduling online (and it is straightforward to reschedule if needed)
- Informative walkthrough on the day of service, before service begins and after, which helps to understand the level of detail to the commitment they provide (and they are pretty receptive to hearing what preferences one has)
- Wonderful telephone follow-up before and after service, with an apparent commitment to customer satisfaction and making corrections if needed

As I have physical limitations, it is assuring to know our modest home is well cared for, and Charming Casa helps to make the living environment refreshing (especially after Covid). Thank you, Charming Casa!

Found this company through Yelp quote. Mike gave me a fair quote and gave me a first time user discount. Their website details out most of their prices. We used their services for a move-out cleaning for our rental.
Carlos and Mike showed up early and called ahead of time. They did an initial walk through so we could tell them what our priorities were. We needed them to focus on the kitchen, and believe me they did. Carlos wiped down the over the counter microwave/hood back to its new finish. They wiped down all the cabinets, rails, drawers...pretty much everywhere dirt and dust would be missed my most folks. They also took care of the blinds, fireplace, bathrooms, windows sill, closet shelves, flooring. They did it all in 3.5 hours. We had a showing and potential renters commented on how clean the place was. Mike and Carlos did an amazing job. We will definitely use them again.

Communication with this company is superb

Two nice ladies came to clean my condo. I forgot to tell Charming Casa ahead of time that there are stairs to my condo, but I heard no complaints.

The two ladies are friendly and efficient. My place looked clean.

My only tiny minuscule complaint is that I did not like how they rearranged my things and put stuff away in the cabinets or drawers.
My countertops are bare and so it is not like there were many obstacles for their cleaning. . . Or they could have placed the things back where they were originally.
But really not a big deal.

Still unsure if I would try them out again in regards to the pricing.
