Services
Ant Control
Our ant control specialists identify species-specific behaviors to eliminate colonies at their source. Using environmentally responsible methods, we target odorous house ants and other common Tri-Cities species through precise treatment strategies. With proper identification and follow-up warranties, we ensure complete eradication while preventing future infestations through structural sealing recommendations.
Spider Control
We address both nuisance and dangerous spider species through comprehensive control measures. Our technicians identify venomous varieties like black widows while implementing exterior treatments to reduce populations. By modifying habitats and sealing entry points, we create long-term solutions that minimize both spider presence and the insect food sources that attract them in Eastern Washington's arid climate.
Rodent Control
Our integrated rodent management combines exclusion techniques with humane removal practices. We identify entry points as small as dime-sized openings, then implement sealing solutions while addressing existing infestations through safe trapping methods. With seasonal monitoring and habitat modification recommendations, we protect homes and businesses from property damage and health risks associated with mice and rat populations.
Bee Control
We provide safe removal of honey bee colonies through relocation partnerships while eliminating aggressive species like yellow jackets. Our technicians handle nest removal with proper protective equipment, focusing on perimeter treatments to prevent re-infestation. For commercial properties, we implement ongoing monitoring programs that maintain pest-free environments without compromising beneficial pollinator populations.
Preventative Maintenance Plans
Customized protection plans include quarterly, monthly, and seasonal service options tailored to specific pest pressures. Our programs create protective barriers through scheduled treatments while providing priority response for unexpected infestations. With flexible scheduling and property-specific recommendations, these plans ensure continuous protection against common Tri-Cities pests while maintaining environmental safety standards.
