MCE was founded by owner/President Brian Chapman, who has over 25 years of experience in environmental services industry. Previous to MCE, Brian was the Business Development Manager for a Foster Wheeler Environmental Corporation division where he managed various client budgets ranging from $500K - $12M and helped to develop their commercial business base within the Energy, Manufacturing, Petrochemical, Water Resources, Natural Resources, Manufacturing and Manufactured Gas Plants market sectors. Prior to Foster Wheeler, Brian worked for Clean Harbors Environmental Services, Inc., where he was involved with Groundwater Treatment Systems, UST/AST Remediation, Remedial Construction, Industrial Maintenance, Emergency Response and Hazardous Waste Management.
