BEWARE: Horrible customer service and they do not care! So sorry that we have referred many, many customers to them! So much for customer loyalty! I typically do not publicly post but felt compelled to warn others of how far down this company has spiraled! I would not even give them a 1 star but it was necessary to place a review.

I called Griffith Energy Services yesterday at 11 a.m. for no heat from my furnace. They put me on the list for a service call to take place same day. I call them at 4 p.m. and they assure me that I am still on the list. The on call dispatcher calls me at 9 p.m. to say that she is leaving her shift but I am still on the list. At 10:30 p.m. a service technician calls to cancel and says maybe tomorrow.
He then makes this snide remark about me being an important customer and so is everyone else (he says this not me). I have been a customer for 7 years. Oh yeah, and they were just here on Tuesday. They haven't been able to get this corrected for months. I am beyond disappointed. I get a knock at the door at 8 a.m. this morning and there is snow on the ground!
