I've been a homeowner for almost 30 years, and it is no exaggeration to say that Joe Lapham of J&L Air Conditioning & Heating is one of the best contractors I've ever done business as far as meeting my (very high) standards of honesty, integrity, quality work, customer service AND fair pricing. That's high praise, and it is deserved. Joe was great. he did some troubleshooting on the phone, that didn't work, so he came out right away (as promised). Lots of great tips and "things to watch out for" were passed along.

J & L Air Conditioning and Heating is a family owned business that has served our clients' heating and air conditioning needs in Land o Lakes, FL for the last 18 years. Our business was founded by owner Joe Lapham, who after years of working in the industry, decided to venture out and start his own company. He doubles as Operations Manager, and we follow Joe's lead of being ethical, fair and above all else, attentive to all of our customer's needs. Our top priority is to do whatever we can to help our customers, and ensure they can live or work comfortably in a climate controlled environment.
