Starting from the first time we get a call from you, we ask lots of questions including your location and a bit of background about your project. We ask if we can come out to meet with you to discuss your goals and to learn where you are in your decision making. We'll take a detailed look to see what you'd like to do and mentally begin to design the area. We look deep. We recommend that you do some research in the early days and we will give a Materials Selection list form that details everything that you may want to include in your project - floor tile, light fixtures, backsplash, faucets - along with internet links to various suppliers you can check out.
