I had an issue with a previous apartment where my wife and I were routinely getting sick. Upon talking with Don, he asked me to do a video walk-through of the bathrooms. After explaining that I need to do it with and without the lights on I completed the task. Don helped identify the issue which was black mold and explained the common mistake people have in assuming the mold is not what some believe to be mildew. Don was able to assist us in preparing communications with the management company and when they refused to act, he helped write a report to the city.
