He did an excellent job and was on time. Scheduling was easy and provided a quick service when requested. Happy I was able to get it done! The carpet dried fairly quickly which was nice. Previous carpet cleaner left it so wet!! Highly recommend Crystal Carpet Cleaning.

The young man, Adam, arrived right on time looking very professional. A delightful demeanor and yet very business like. He explained everything very well and went right to work. Although, very expensive, he did an excellent job on my sectional. I guess I havent had furniture cleaned for quite some time so the prices seemed quite high. You have a gem there working for you. A delightful gentleman!

Adam did an excellent job cleaning our carpets and took the time beforehand to explain the chemistry of carpet care. His UV light to show where our cat had left unseen spots was eye opening! Owner John Surdi is extremely dedicated to making sure his clients are happy with all of Crystal Cleaning services. I wholeheartedly recommend them-they go above and beyond!

Adam arrived right on time this morning! He's so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I've had John Surdi, the owner, clean our carpets for the past 6 years. Adam did a fantastic job cleaning our entire downstairs plus a few rooms upstairs and part of my living room sofa. Everything looks brand new! I highly recommend Adam and John!! You will be so happy!
