Crystal Carpet Cleaning and Restoration, Inc., is a family-owned business with over 25 years of experience. Our owner, John Surdi manages the day to day operations of the company and is involved in every step of each project from the time an initial call comes in until the work is completed. In business since 1991, John understands the importance of getting the job done right. He received certification through the International Independent Carpet and Upholstery Cleaners Association. In addition, he attends professional seminars that keep him current with changes in cleaning methods, chemistry, and technology.

It is CFC- and solvent-free. DuPont recommends the application of Teflon Advanced after each cleaning of all carpet types, including those with built-in soil and stain protection.

There are various upholstery materials ranging from genuine leather, natural fibers, polyester and vinyl. Our specially qualified technicians will identify the exact fabric type of each upholstered piece and then select the safest and most effective cleaning method to guarantee extended furniture life and complete customer satisfaction.

We go in, pre-inspect the carpet, and walk through with the area with you. Tell us what you want to clean and we look for problems on the carpet or, if they have pets, there's pet damage. We let you tell us what the problem areas might be, because you're usually aware of them. Even though cleaning upholstery or leather is quite like carpet cleaning, this type of cleaning requires a detail work by hand. We can clean most types of fabrics like silk, rayon, linen, nylon, polyester, and polypropylene.

We offer the services necessary to maintain the value of your rugs. Each rug is assessed, washed thoroughly on both sides, using our specially formulated coconut-oil soap, rinsed three times, then hung to dry in a temperature balanced room. Most rugs are finished within one week. Pick up and delivery is free.
