Sea Thru Construction, Inc. began as a modest side hustle for our President, Scott Woolard Jr. "Back then" Scott, whose Uncle Bob taught him to frame when he was 18, served the OBX as a sub-contractor and handyman while working full time. 21 years ago, a tropical storm opened the doors for him to take Sea Thru full-time. Since then, Scott has become a NC licensed General Contractor and opened up a fully-staffed office — designed to provide concierge-like care to resident and non-resident OBX homeowners — in Harbinger, NC.
Sea Thru is a custom home builder with zero interest in building stock homes for "anybody."
