If there was a zero star that's what I would give. Back in June we had All dry out to waterproof our basement. Last Thursday the sump pump they installed went out. My husband Called twice that day knowing the rain was coming and the back up battery couldn't withstand the water. No one returned his calls. On Sunday night when it poured several inches our basement flooded again. Damaging the new material purchased to remodel the basement that they guaranteed us would never leak. We called on Monday and they sent a service worker out to replace the pump however told us to call the warranty guy. When we called Monday they said he would be in on Tuesday when we called Tuesday they said he would be in on Wednesday when we called on Friday they said he was not in yet to call back so when we called back they said he was gone for the weekend. We can not move forward with renovations until they replace what was damaged but no one seems to be returning our calls! I will not recommend them to anyone!
