Andrew came to my house twice to fix our dryer that was making an horrible screeching sound. He was able to fix the belt very easily and quickly without any issue. Great service and very fair. I Highly recommend this company for all your appliance needs.

Mr Wayne is a very professional individual that knows his stuff. his troubleshooting skills were excellent, while other techs will make a big deal about a job, he was very honest with the diagnosis of my refrigerator and nailed it. the reason i'm saying this because there is many techs out there that lie about the work needed to be done or just simply makes a big deal of the situation to profit from it. I will recommend and thank Mr Wayne for his fine work ethic and craftsmanship.

I wrote a review on yelp to explain the poor service I received (the first technician arrived and didn't fix the problem, ordered the wrong part and now 3 weeks after arranging the first appointment, a 2nd technician is here and is trying to fix it but its looking like a new part) and so the owner called me and was very defensive about my review. He doesn't seem to adhere to the philosophy that the customer is always right. He was somewhat rude too. I wouldn't use them again and certainly wouldn't recommend them.
