Services
Rug Cleaning
Our professional rug cleaning process includes thorough inspection, dye testing, dust removal, and customized washing with pH-balanced solutions. We use gentle techniques that preserve fiber integrity while removing deep-seated dirt. Each rug receives individual attention to maintain its original luster and extend its lifespan.
Rug Repair
Expert technicians handle all types of rug damage including moth holes, frayed edges, and water damage. We offer reweaving, fringe replacement, and antique restoration using traditional methods. Our specialists assess each rug's condition to determine the most effective repair approach.
Lifetime Exchange
Hand-knotted rugs purchased from us qualify for lifetime exchange with full store credit. We evaluate each rug's condition, accounting for normal wear, and apply appropriate credit toward new purchases. This service requires proper cleaning before exchange.
In-Home Consultations
Our experienced consultants visit client homes to recommend rug sizes, colors, and patterns that complement existing decor. We provide personalized guidance for selecting rugs that enhance both aesthetics and functionality in residential spaces.
Custom Rug Pads
We create custom-cut rug pads that provide proper support for handmade rugs. Our pads prevent foundation stress by offering firm, even support rather than using generic spongy pads that can damage rug structures over time.
