We are well known as an authority on unique contemporary and modern furniture. A destination for a different kind of customer. Modern Design, Inc. was established in 1976. In 1982 the present store was constructed and opened January 1, 1983 at 2915 Shelburne Road, Shelburne, Vermont. In May of 2008 we completed a remodel, creating Vermont's Premier Modern Furniture Gallery. At Modern Design, our greatest asset is our personnel. Without these hard working and dedicated people behind our company, we would never have become the showcase for the world's finest contemporary and modern furniture.
