Services
Irrigation Systems
We design, install, and maintain commercial and residential irrigation systems using city water, well water, or reclaimed water sources. Our services include system conversions, driveway renovations, and hydraulic-to-electric valve upgrades. Technicians perform leak detection, pipe repairs, and controller programming to optimize water efficiency while reducing utility costs for property owners.
Rust Control
Our rust control service eliminates tannin stains caused by iron-rich water through monthly chemical treatments. Using non-corrosive solutions, we maintain injector systems and apply protective treatments to driveways, walkways, and exterior surfaces. This preventative maintenance program stops new staining while removing existing discoloration without damaging surfaces or landscaping.
Landscape Lighting
Professional installation of low-voltage LED lighting systems enhances property aesthetics and safety. We design custom solutions for pathways, gardens, and architectural features using Kichler Lighting products with 15-year warranties. Services include system installation, fixture upgrades, and maintenance programs that improve nighttime visibility while reducing energy consumption.
System Repairs
Our technicians diagnose and repair all irrigation system components including valves, pumps, and controllers. We replace broken sprinkler heads, fix leaking pipes, and recalibrate timers to restore system functionality. Emergency repair services address sudden failures while monthly maintenance plans prevent unexpected breakdowns through proactive inspections.
Monthly Maintenance
Scheduled maintenance programs ensure optimal system performance year-round. Technicians inspect sprinkler heads, adjust coverage patterns, and service rust control injectors monthly. This includes chemical replenishment for stain prevention, controller programming updates, and minor repairs to maintain efficient water usage and prolong equipment lifespan across residential and commercial properties.
