What are the Service Sentinel Water & Sewer Service Line Maintenance plans? The Service Sentinel plan covers any maintenance activity caused by normal breakage or rupture that develops in the customer owned water and/or sewer service lines. It is not uncommon for water service lines to break and begin leaking when the ground shifts due to freezing and thawing cycles. Sewer lines can back-up or break due to tree root growth. As a homeowner, you are responsible for the repair and maintenance of the water and sewer service lines typically from your property line to your house.

Through employees of NESC, VWS and CWC, the Company has a full grade range of treatment and distribution certifications, backflow device inspection, testing and plumbing licenses, and contact hours in waterworks courses. Field personnel are supported by an experienced administrative staff with human resource, accounting, finance, and customer service skills. Its financial relationships are maintained with People's United Bank and CoBank. NESC is headquartered in Plainville, Connecticut and is publicly traded under the symbol NESW on the Pink Sheets.
