My husband and I needed to build a home for our handicapped daughter whom we had taken in to care for in 2014. Finding a builder who was knowledgeable about building a home according to the recommendations of the American Disabilities Act (ADA) was daunting to us until we found the perfect lot owned by North Florida Builders. We had a floor plan in mind and they had floor plan that could be adapted to ours. Long story short: we are now living in a beautiful home that is ADA equipped. Our lot is large enough that a pool was added 9 months after we moved in.
