PSA: if there is one thing I can take from owning a plumbing company and one piece of advice that would benefit men and women alike, especially women, please know how to shut off your water to your home! Have a tool handy that can shut off your water and know the location of your shut off valves! This is the key component in owning a home when something like this occurs.
