Took my call at 5:50 AM which was my fault for not realzing how early it was but was told it was okay. My pick up time was between 9:00 & 11:00 the same day. Two men showed up around 9:15 and took everything away. Very nice guys and very polite. Gave them a $20.00 tip for lunch. Had an old fridge in our garage for months that was too heavy for us to move, reached out on a Friday afternoon and they were here by 7am on Monday to pickup. I called several hot tub removal companies to get quotes on removing a partially in ground hot tub we no longer used or wanted. Brad was the only one who came out to actually survey the job and send me a formal quote for demo and removal. It was a big job and his pricing was fair. The team showed up for an estimate. We scheduled the pick up for the next day and they left. A few minutes later, they knocked on the door and said that they had a container available and could do the job immediately. The job was done quickly and professionally at a reasonable price. I needed a fridge taken away and was on hold with the city to book a time and to find out how many hoops I had to jump through to get them out to my house, when I saw Az Junk Removal's web site.
